Judicial Management Council

The Judicial Management Council is a focused advisory body that the assists the chief justice and the Supreme Court. The Council is charged, among other responsibilities, with identifying and evaluating information that would assist in improving the performance and effectiveness of the judicial branch.

  • Workgroup on Vexatious LitigantsPDF Download
    • The workgroup recommended improvements to the Florida Vexatious Litigant Law and drafted rule and statutory amendments addressing the public disclosure of improper matter stricken from noncriminal court filings that would defame and harm individuals.   • Workgroup on Uncontested Probate ProceedingsPDF Download
    • The workgroup is charged with making recommendations to redesign and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of this state’s processes and procedures for uncontested probate proceedings. The workgroup’s term expires on May 1, 2026.
